How do I place an order?

Shopping at Jovli is easy:

  • Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button on the product page.
  • Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ link at the top of the page.

Click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your order number to track your package. If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.

What if I forgot my password?
